HPS Property Marketing was established in 2019 with a vision to create better marketing content for Estate Agents, Commercial Agents, Developers and property professionals. We provide high quality content and full upfront marketing packages for properties in the Residential, commercial, New build and Land sectors.
Midlands based
We operate predominately in the Midlands Area but can cover nationally if required. Based in Warwickshire and Leicestershire, we help a wide variety of Estate and Lettings Agents, Land and Agricultural Agents, Commercial Agents, New home Developers and builders. We also carry out private work for individuals and landlords having established long standing relationships within the industry.

TOM HEWITT
DIRECTOR
After a long career in Residential Estate Agency, Tom broke away from the agency world and took his upfront marketing skills to new levels with a vision of providing amazing media content and energy advice for property.
Tom knows the quality and speed expectations of his clients to deliver content and reports on time and accurately.
He is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and has been photographing houses for 20 years. A love for all things property means perfection is a must.
